Exhibit One FAQ — Exhibition Stand Design and Build
Exhibit One FAQ — Exhibition Stand Design & Build Questions
Do you provide free-build exhibition stand design as well as bespoke builds, and what are the differences in approach and pricing?
Yes. At Exhibit-One, we deliver both free-build and bespoke exhibition stand design and build. Free-build projects use standardised components and system construction methods to provide cost-efficient, repeatable stands with rapid production and installation. Bespoke builds are fully customised: they begin with a detailed design phase, progress to bespoke fabrication, and include site-specific installation and finishing. Pricing is determined by scope and components: free-build exhibition stand design are typically lower-cost because they rely on modular parts and standard finishes; bespoke builds generally carry higher costs to reflect custom design, materials, and labour. All fees — design, fabrication, graphics, AV, furniture, transport and project management — are itemised in your proposal so you can compare options clearly.
Do you offer delivery, installation, and collection across the country and Europe?
Yes. From our bases in Gloucestershire (UK) and Marbella (Andalusia) we supply exhibition stand design, delivery, installation and collection services throughout the UK and Europe. Our operations include installation teams, logistics coordination and on-site handling as part of event delivery. Shipping windows, manpower allocation and transport costs are quoted per project to reflect stand size, venue access and event schedules; these are included as line items in the project estimate.
How is pricing structured for design, build, rental gear, and services, and can I get a transparent quote?
Pricing for exhibition stand design is structured to show each cost element so you see exactly what you are paying for. Typical line items include: design and artwork fees; stand fabrication (free-build or bespoke); hire charges for panels, furniture and AV equipment (daily or per-event rates); delivery, installation and collection; project management; and optional storage, cleaning and maintenance. We produce transparent, itemised quotes and scope documents that allow comparison between build types, hire versus purchase, and optional extras.
How do you incorporate technology integration, modularity, and reusability to create reusable stands?
We design for modularity and technology integration from the outset. Modular display panels, system framing and modular furniture allow stands to be reconfigured for multiple events and sizes. AV and lighting systems are specified as integrated, serviceable components to simplify install and reuse. Our HIRE HUB stocks large quantities of poster/display panels, furniture and AV equipment — including over 600 display panels in Gloucestershire — enabling rapid assembly of modular, reusable solutions. Storage, cleaning and maintenance services extend component life and minimise waste between events.
Do you provide on-site project management, installation staff, and post-event storage, cleaning and maintenance?
Yes. We provide dedicated project management for exhibitions and events, coordinate on-site installation teams and act as official contractor where required. Post-event services include storage, cleaning and maintenance of stands and components to keep assets ready for reuse. Specific staffing levels, scope and terms are agreed in the project contract and quoted within the overall proposal so you have full visibility of responsibilities and costs.
